Acceptance
By downloading or using Surpass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
Plan and log resistance training, see load and rep targets, review workout receipts, and track progress over time. The app is provided for personal planning and information. It does not guarantee a particular result.
Fitness information
Surpass is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Its suggestions are based on general fitness principles and your logged data. Consult a qualified health professional before starting an exercise programme, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Subscriptions
Where offered, subscriptions are auto-renewing purchases through Apple. The price shown in the App Store applies to your storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; renewal occurs unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Availability and liability
The app is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from app content, interruptions outside our control, or loss of local data where you have not kept your own backup.
