Surpass privacy policy

Overview

Surpass is designed not to require account or contact information. Workout data stays on your device. If Analytics is enabled in Settings, limited product-use events are sent to Mixpanel to measure feature use.

Local records

Workout history, body measurements, and progress photos are stored locally. The current release does not enable iCloud sync. Progress photos are not uploaded to our servers.

Apple Health

Surpass can optionally read or write supported workout data with Apple Health after your explicit permission. Health data is processed locally and is not sent to our servers.

Analytics and purchases

When enabled, Mixpanel receives a random app-scoped installation identifier and aggregate milestones such as launches, onboarding, workout completion, receipt views, and share actions. Events exclude workout contents, notes, files, health data, location, and contact details. Apple processes in-app purchases.
