Local app records

The iOS app stores core business records on the operator’s iPhone, including business details, customers, properties, quotes, jobs, notes, pricing settings, and job-proof photos.

Quote links and payment snapshots

When an operator creates a customer quote link, requests payment, syncs payment status, or uses connected payment features, Lawn Quote uploads the needed quote or payment snapshot. That may include customer contact details, property addresses, quote line items, totals, payment status, and Stripe identifiers. It is used to provide those features, not for third-party advertising.

Analytics

If product analytics is enabled, Lawn Quote records limited funnel events such as a price check, customer preview, or PDF generation. It does not send customer names, contact details, property addresses, quote totals, notes, message contents, raw URLs, or user-agent strings as analytics.

Stripe and StoreKit

Stripe processes customer payment details for real lawn-care services; Lawn Quote does not store raw card details. Apple StoreKit handles Lawn Quote Pro purchases and entitlement verification.

Contact and deletion

Operators can use the app’s privacy and data controls to delete their cloud account and relevant snapshots. For privacy questions, email hello@cheerfulduck.com.
