Overview

Entra is a listening and workflow tool. It is designed to work without an account. Session choices, saved presets, playback settings, and session history are stored on your Apple device and its app group for the app’s features and Live Activities.

Information we receive

Entra does not ask you to create an account or send your listening sessions to our own server. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your email and use it to respond.

Purchases

Entra Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple ID password. Apple may provide purchase status to the app so it can unlock the features you purchased.

Sound and device permissions

Entra uses the audio features you enable on your device. You can control notifications and Live Activities through iOS settings. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to Apple device backups and settings.
